I had a mixed experience during my 5-day stay. The restaurant had fantastic food, especially the Italian dishes, and the staff was friendly, with a standout service from Mr. Das. However, the rooms were quite average and showing signs of age, while one staff member's behavior was quite off-putting. Overall, it was decent but had its ups and downs.

I stayed at this hotel for five days, and while there were some positives, it wasn't without its flaws. The restaurant, especially the Italian dishes, was a highlight, and the staff in general were quite friendly. Unfortunately, the rooms could definitely use some updating, and my experience with the restaurant manager was less than pleasant. Overall, good dining but average accommodations.
